Business Support Specialist

Are you a results-driven professional with experience in cold-calling, lead qualification, and business support?

Join our team as a Business Support Specialist, where you'll drive lead generation and qualification and ensure smooth & efficient operations.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Manage lead generation, cold-calling & lead qualification to identify prospects.
  • Schedule & confirm meetings with potential clients through calls and email
  • Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate lead tracking and follow-ups
  • Prepare daily prospect lists for approval and provide daily activity reports
  • Conduct research on prospects to ensure AML compliance before outreach
  • Assist Relationship Managers (RMs) with administrative tasks & meeting follow-ups
  • Track and report progress on client engagement and lead conversion
  • Collaborate with Marketing team and internal departments for seamless operations

What You Bring:

  • Experience in Customer Service role or related within financial institutions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in Arabic and English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new systems
  • Strong interpersonal, research, and analytical skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work efficiently under pressure
