Role Overview:
We are seeking a digital-savvy and data-driven Head of Digital Sales to lead client acquisition, optimize the sales funnel, and grow Assets Under Management (AUM) for our Kuwait operations. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of wealth management in the GCC region, experience in digital client engagement, and a proven track record in managing sales pipelines and customer relationships in a tech-driven financial environment.
Digital-First Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement a digital-first sales strategy focused on the Kuwaiti and GCC markets.
- Manage the entire sales funnel, optimizing lead generation, client onboarding, and retention.
- Utilize CRM tools, automation, and AI-driven analytics to enhance customer acquisition and engagement.
- Continuously track and optimize conversion rates at each stage of the sales pipeline.
Client Acquisition & Market Growth:
- Drive multi-channel acquisition strategies (organic, paid, partnerships) to attract HNWIs, retail investors, and institutions.
- Forge partnerships with local/regional financial institutions, family offices, and corporate clients.
- Incorporate Sharia-compliant investment offerings to broaden investor appeal.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure alignment between lead generation campaigns and sales targets.
Client Relationship Management & Retention:
- Build and nurture strong client relationships, providing tailored digital investment solutions.
- Implement data-driven engagement strategies to boost retention using behavioral insights.
- Develop loyalty programs, referral strategies, and educational initiatives tailored for Kuwaiti investors.
Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Lead and mentor a team of sales and relationship managers, promoting a digital-first sales culture.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and tech teams to align digital solutions with customer needs.
- Stay informed on Kuwait’s regulatory framework (CMA, CBK) and ensure sales compliance.
Key Requirements:
- 7-12 years of experience in wealth management, FinTech, investment advisory, or digital banking in Kuwait or the GCC.
- Expertise in digital sales funnel management, CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), and data-driven sales optimization.
- Strong knowledge of investment products, portfolio management, and financial planning in the Kuwaiti market.
- Proven success in client acquisition, AUM growth, and digital wealth management sales.
- Familiarity with Sharia-compliant financial products is a plus.
- Bachelor's or Master's in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field. CFA, CFP, or similar certifications preferred.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
